Leon Hughes – Certified Reiki Practitioner
My name is Leon Hughes, and I am a certified Reiki Practitioner with training in Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Ryoho, First and Second Degree. I received my certification in July 2020 through a program led by Reiki Masters affiliated with The International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT).
I began this journey with a simple but powerful intention—to bring healing, peace, and balance to those in need. Reiki has been a transformative force in my life, and it is my calling to share this healing energy with others. Whether you're seeking relief from stress, emotional healing, or a deeper connection to your inner self, I am here to offer the support and guidance Reiki provides.
Hello beautiful souls!
My name is Amy Danger. I’m a yoga instructor, sound healer, Level II Reiki practitioner, jewelry maker, and passionate lover of all things stone and crystal. I also live and breathe positive affirmations! I am also a published author!
My journey to becoming a yoga instructor began many years ago, but life had other plans—throwing obstacle after obstacle in my path. It wasn’t until a few years ago that I finally completed my instructor training. Along the way, I faced one of my biggest challenges: an autoimmune disease that made me want to quit more than once. But with encouragement (and a little tough love!) from my teacher, I kept going. I started my training in a chair and finished on a mat—and I’m so grateful I didn’t give up.
So if you're reading this and coming up with reasons why you can’t do yoga, I invite you to see those as the very reasons you can. Yoga is for every body and every ability. There are no boundaries and no expectations here—just a space to grow, heal, and move at your own pace. The only thing I ask is that you come with an open heart and a genuine willingness to learn.
If group settings feel overwhelming due to anxiety or other concerns, I also offer one-on-one sessions in a supportive and calm environment. This isn’t your typical yoga studio—this is a safe, welcoming space where you can show up exactly as you are.
See you on the mat, the chair—or wherever your journey begins.
With love,
Amy
Madison is a dedicated yoga practitioner and aspiring instructor on a journey to deepen the connection between body, mind, and spirit. With a growing foundation in traditional Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, she is passionate about creating spaces where individuals can explore movement, breath, and stillness as tools for healing and transformation.
Her personal practice began as a way to improve her physical health, but quickly evolved into a path of spiritual awakening and self-discovery. Through her training, she is developing a teaching style rooted in compassion, accessibility, and presence—one that honors each student’s unique body and inner experience.
Currently immersed in a comprehensive yoga teacher training program, Maddie brings an open heart, a curious mind, and a deep respect for yoga’s ancient wisdom. She is especially interested in the intersection of movement and mindfulness, and is committed to making yoga a supportive and empowering practice for everyone she teaches.
Hi, I am Alana and I am the founder of Wild Roots Wellness. I am absolutely so excited to be on this journey. Although, it has been a deep dive into self discovery I am truly blessed to be where I am. After going through a devastating tragedy I found myself lost and did not know where to turn. I looked deep into what I wanted and where I wanted to be in my life. Months later I found myself in yoga teacher training in Bali. My teacher training was life changing! I found my calling to reach out and help people going through life changes. Through this I founded a nonprofit aiding women in recovery from trauma. I am also a life and spiritual coach through my yoga school, providing tools for healing.
Currently, I am pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology (since 2022) and doing my practicum work and internship at Studio B, a therapy collective. My specialization is grief and trauma and am a Certified as a death midwife with completed patient advocacy training in trauma and domestic violence. I recently authored a children's book, Taki The Brave Little Warrior and have co-authored two multi-authored chapter books on spirituality. Recently, I am serving as president of a non-profit veterinary hospital to help meet the needs of our rural area that is suffering with the lack of veterinary care. I am still working as a registered veterinary technician while in school.
I live in one of the most beautiful parts of Colorado with my fur babies, a motley crew of dogs and cats, and lots of chickens (I am still a Registered Veterinary Technologist). I travel as much as I can and have seen some of the most amazing places & met some of the most beautiful people. I am truly blessed. I also have an integrative healing practice that I absolutely love! This practice allows me to reach out and help people on a deeper level, helping them heal their body, mind, & soul. Please visit the Integrative Healing page for more information.
I hope that you join me on this journey to discover the amazing, happy, and beautiful you that you are!
Many Love,
Alana
